He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Kamp and Mary Vande Kamp (De Hamer); and his pet Snoopy. He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Van Zee; his siblings, Robert Vande Kamp (Norma), Donna Hoekwater (Keith), Larry Vande Kamp (Lavonne) and Janet Klyn (Lee); his daughters, Juldie Bohmer (Timothy) and Kathy Janousek (Steven); his grandchildren, Natasha Vande Kamp, Kayla LaTarte, Savannah LaTarte, Alexander Bohmer (Katrina), Anika Bohmer, Austin LaTarte, Lexus Janousek and Abby Janousek; and his great grandchildren, Naveah Vande Kamp, Scarlett Lenk and James Moran.
