He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Blue (Don) and Karen Berg-Johnson (Jay Johnson); his grandchildren, David Blue (Alyssa), Kelley Forsberg (Ben), Lauren Schiller (Scott), Christina Johnson and Caroline Johnson; his great grandchildren, Reagan, Anna Blue, William and Lucas Forsberg; and his brother Alan Berg.
