We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2023, at the age of 93, Virginia Ruttan of Northfield, Minnesota, born in Sauk Centre, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Doege and Agnes Doege (Moehring); and her husband Kenneth Ruttan. She is survived by: her sister Erma Laue of Northfield; and her nieces, Barbara Belobaba (Steve McCown) of Northfield, Diane Obray of Burnsville, Mary Jo Ploumen of Shakopee and Amy Gerken (Ed) of Fairmont. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and friends.
