He is survived by: his wife Ruth Anna; his children, Debra Anne Miller, Jennifer Frana (Joel) of Table Rock, John (Christie) of Plano, Van II (Noreen Foster) of Minneapolis and Andrew (Emiko) of Edina; his stepchildren, Kristen Khanna (Chand) of Chevy Chase, Maryland and Jeff Gustafson (Angie) of Mendota Heights; his grandchildren, Jessica, Allison (Phil), A. J., Katie, Cody, Mackensie, Tighe, Miku, Maika, Kesh, Safi, Fin and Sada; his great grandchildren, Lilli and Kayden; his brother Edward of Northfield; and his nieces, Whitney Miller-Harris (Thaddeon) and Shelby Miller (Christine). He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
