He is survived by: his wife Hudlin Wagner; and his sons, Tim Hudlin Wagner, Jr. of Minneapolis, MN and Charles Anthony Gregory of Portland, Oregon.. He is also survived by his granddaughters, grandsons, and a host of family and friends.
