He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard DeWolfe and Marie DeWolfe (Halvorson). He is survived by: his significant other Eileen Cooper; his children, Sara DeWolfe McCrady (Scott) of Hugo and Berent DeWolfe (Darilyn Kliewer) of Minneapolis; his grandchildren, Taylor Malecha, Max Holter, Leo DeWolfe and Tyler DeWolfe; and his siblings, Gerald (Ellen), Barbara Babel (Ed), Paul (Deb), Lynette Marks (Alan) and Marcia Peterson (Chris). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Tom donated his body to the Mayo Foundation.
