It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma I. Sippola (Northfield, Minnesota), who passed away on July 15, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Thelma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thelma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Haapala and Hilma Haapala (Toivonen); and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her children, John Sippola (Carlene) of Duluth, MN, Linda Rinne (Rex) of Appleton, WI, Mark Sippola (Karen Hattamer) of Gwinn, MI and David Sippola (Marggi Pleiss) of Northfield, MN.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
