He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Holm and Ruth Holm; and his brother Micheal Holm. He is survived by: his wife Debby; his brother Chuck Holm (Carol); and his children, Peter (Nadine), Ryan Holm (Abby) and Julia Breland (Jeffrey). He is also survived by 6 grandsons, 8 granddaughters, and 1 great-grandson.
