Rosella Ann Skluzacek Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rosella Ann Skluzacek of Northfield, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 16, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Rosella Ann farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Rosella Ann is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Novotny and Helen Novotny (Peterka); and her spouse Francis Skluzacek. She is survived by: her daughters, Mercedes Maier (Robert) of Northfield and Merceday Kaardal (Bruce) of Redwood Falls; and her grandchildren, Erin, Kirsten, Alison, Mark and Joel. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; other family members; and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of St Dominic (104 Linden St N, Northfield, MN 55057). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
