He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Hall and Christine Hall; his parents-in-law, Quinn and Marylou Wellington; his brother Richard Hall; his siblings-in-law, Donald Sande, Tom Wellington and Patricia Prado; and his nieces, Sherri Chambers and Brenda Neiman.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Wellington of Ansgar's Lutheran Church; and his children, David Hall (Christina) and Jennifer Kimari (Jim).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Ansgar's Lutheran Church or Patchwork Faith Ministries.
