He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jaeckels and Hilda Jaeckels (Wegman); and his siblings, Leonard, Bernice McKenzie, Elaine Hera, Michael and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Stauffeneker of Northfield; his children, Michelle Jaeckels of Lonsdale, Kelly Jaeckels (Janine) of Northfield, Kalvin Jaeckels (Michelle) of Duluth and Todd Jaeckels (Shawn) of New Prague; his grandchildren, Joe Dornfeld (Stacy), Melissa Dornfeld, Tristan, Cody, Matthew (Katie), Samuel (Nellie), Taylor, Logan and Tiegan Jaeckels; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Wyatt Jaeckels, Jackson, Evelyn and Ella Dornfeld; his siblings, Gladys Gillitzer, Leona Barber, Eunice Tadych, Lois Neston (Dave), Sharon Fearon, Therese Hutchinson and Gerald Jaeckels (Diane); and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Jaeckels and James Hera.
