She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Kostelnik; her brother Richard Flynn; and her son-in-law Mike Nygaard. She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa "Terry" Johnson (Tom), Karen Nygaard and Susan "Susie" Jugasek (Gerry); her grandchildren, Joey, Nick, Sam, Matt and Abby; her sisters, Joyce Lindfors (Jim) and Katie Hattling; and her sister-in-law Claire Flynn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
