He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Koktavy and Agnes Kotek Koktavy; his brothers, Marvin (Peggy) and Edward; and his nephew Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Bernita Kline; his children, Milosha Malecha (Corey) of Faribault, Milosh (Lisa) of Northfield and Katie Rostberg (Jeff) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Alyssa Koktavy Israel (Jacob), Devin Malecha, Brady Malecha, Kylie Koktavy, Garrett Rostberg and Adeline Rostberg; his siblings, Joe (Rosie) of Northfield and Marcy Nelson (Richard) of Northfield; and his sister-in-law Arlene of Lonsdale. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Annunciation Catholic Church (4996 Hazelwood Ave, Northfield, MN 55057). A Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
