He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nikolai Almen and Helen Almen (Baker); his former wife Pam Lord; his sons, Michael Lord of Winona, Nick (Jessica Mehan) of Dennison and Chad (Colleen) of Northfield; his sister Wanda Yngsdal (Jim) of Wanamingo; his sister-in-law Ileen of Northfield; his former wife Pam Almen of Northfield; and his brothers, Bob and Joe. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
