She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arnold Arneson and Brita Arneson; her children, John Nelson (Dorothy) of Bloomington, Bernice Christensen of Northfield, Bob Nelson of Lonsdale, Richard Nelson (Marcy) of Northfield, Ken Nelson of Webster and Dave Nelson (Noreen) of Gibbon; her husband Chester; her grandchildren, Mark Nelson, Michael Nelson, Rhiannon Nelson and Troy Christensen; and her siblings, Nellie, Sverre (Sam), Dan, Hannah, Art, Esther and Enoch. She was also cherished by 28 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren.

The family requests that those attending the funeral at Solor Lutheran Church wear masks.
