It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kevin Christopherson of Northfield, Minnesota, born in Marshall, Minnesota, who passed away on June 4, 2024, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Iver Christopherson of Northfield and Ina Christopherson (Lovsness); his wife Tricia; his children, Solvei, Greta and Soren; his siblings, Stacy Vollands (Phillip) and Marshall (Rebecca) of Savage; his in-laws, Bev and Ben Farner; and his pet Poppy. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives, dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be designated to the college funds for Kevin's children.

“I had the opportunity to visit with Kevin in 2019 just before your time in MX at our 20th HS reunion. I met Kevin when we were 16 years old. He was always so welcoming and thoughtful toward me and others. I was thankful to have him as a friend in Redwood Falls when I didn’t know anyone and he welcomed me in with his wonderful sense of humor and generosity. I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m sad for our loss.”
