He is survived by: his mother Nanette Lee Carr (Houtman); his wife Penny Dougherty; his children, Chad Dougherty, Anna Dougherty and Madison Carr; his siblings, Royal Carr (Amee) and Melissa Carr (Rick Stock); his former wife Penny Carr; his nieces, Charlotte and Ella Carr; his great-niece Harper Carr; and his grandmother Marlys Dixon-Houtman. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
