She was predeceased by: her parents, James Duckworth (Earl) and Blanche Duckworth; her husband Donald C. Perkins; and her brother Zollie Perkins (Clark). She is survived by: her significant other Mike Ahrendt of Homer Glen, IL; her son Don Perkins (Elise Eslinger) of Northfield, MN; and her grandchildren, Addison, Mackenzie and Zachary Perkins.
