She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Horejsi; her parents, Frank and Marcella; her son Allen; her siblings, Jack, Francis, Ernie and Elsie Sirek; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Valek (Jack), Ed Tuma and Bob Sirek.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy (Leonard Pumper), Dale (Joni Bullard), David (LaVonne), Leonard Jr., Barbara (Al Malecha), Sandra (Randy Johnson), Susan, Gary (Barbara), Rob (Debra) and Terry; her siblings, Mamie Tuma, Lawrence Valek (Dolores) and Robert Valek; and her sisters-in-law, Delores Valek (Francis) and Geraldine Horejsi. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
