She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Wegner and Elsie Wegner (Schrader); her husband Burton Peterson; her sister Phyllis; her sons-in-law, Chris Wilberts and Scot Ploetz; and her nephew Bill Wegner.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Wilberts of Lauderdale, Chris Peterson (Marcia) of Northfield, Brian Peterson (Mary) of Northfield, Julie Ploetz of Cambridge and Bruce Peterson (Carol) of Northfield; her brothers, Harland Wegner (Evie) of Northfield and Paul Wegner (Marguerite) of St. Cloud; and her sister-in-law Lu Peterson of Edina. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Peter's Lutheran Church Endowment, Northfield Cemetery, or Northfield Retirement Community.
