He was predeceased by: his father Ronald McKenzie; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his mother Cecilia McKenzie (Matthys); his siblings, Susan Wagener (Mark) of Minnetrista, Linda Lintz (Paul) of Lee's Summit, MO, Donna Zipf (Ryan) of Eagan, David (Karla) of Clearwater, FL and Kevin (Nancy) of Roseville; his godchildren, Emily Zipf and Isaac McKenzie; and his nieces and nephews, John (Sarah), Christopher (Shannon), Joshua (Christine), Matthew Wagener, Katie (Zach), Luke (Cece), Joseph McKenzie, Nicholas, Jack, Samuel Lintz, Jacob (Brittany), Jessie, Isaac McKenzie, Emily, Sarah and Eric Zipf. He is also survived by 7 great nieces and nephews.
