Gloria Porter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2023, at the age of 90, Gloria Porter of Northfield, Minnesota, born in Albert Lea, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Emstad and Agnes Emstad; and her husband Tom. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Jane) of Davidson, Todd, Karen Schatz of Chanhassen, Anne (Bob Tessien) of St. Louis Park and Laura (Eric Engwall) of Lakeville; her grandchildren, Jacob (Michelle), Nathan (Molly), Samuel (Meagan), Scott (Heather), Rebecca, Margaret (Andrew), Sarah (Andrew), Hannah Emma (Greg), Carl and Anders; and her brother William (Ingrid). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Memorials are preferred to the Tom and Gloria Porter Family Endowed Scholarship at St. Olaf College.
