He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Highman and Ethel Highman (Keenan). He is survived by: his former spouse Roddy Houston; his wife Alice Novak Winter; his children, Bill Winter (Mary Jo), Laura Slinger (Lonny), Mark Winter (Tamara), Pat Winter (Tammy), Robbie, Donny and Kathy Highman; and his brother Lanny (Tam) of Osage, MN. He is also survived by grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
