Eric Nelson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2024, at the age of 81, Eric Nelson of Northfield, Minnesota, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Eric shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Eric farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Carl Nelson and Corinne Nelson (Potter); and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Riki; his son Benno (Minneapolis) of Nashville, Tennessee; his granddaughter Else Bird; his brother Doug Nelson (Diana); his nephew Nathan; and his nieces, Amy and Brianna.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Rice County Habitat for Humanity (Starfish Initiative) are welcome.
