Elaine Dora Zobel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2024, at the age of 102, Elaine Dora Zobel of Northfield, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine Dora Zobel to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard DePauw and Alma DePauw (Dunst); her family Elaine; her husbands, Stanford Clyde Splettstoeszer and Wilton Hendrickson; her grandchildren, Brenda and Jeff; her grandsons-in-law, Brian Rodenborg and Blake Erickson; and her sister Shirley.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Splettstoeszer (Dee) of Mora and Diane Splettstoeszer of Northfield; her grandchildren, Beth Rodenborg of Mora, Joel Splettstoeszer of Circle Pines and Jill Erickson of Plymouth; her great grandchildren, Haley Rodenborg (Andrew) and Hannah Splettstoeszer (Damon); her great great grandchildren, Chase, Gracelyn, Ava, Daxton and River Rikki; and her pets, Pipsqueak and Moose. She is also survived by other relatives, many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (803 Winona St, Northfield, MN 55057). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Howard Lake Cemetery.
