Duane Benson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2021, at the age of 82, Duane Benson of Northfield, Minnesota, born in Grand Forks, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Benson and Emma Benson (Grefsheim); and his sisters, Arlene, Ione and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Mark (Sherry) of Northfield and Sarah Wilkinson (Philip) of Laurinburg, NC; and his grandchildren, Gunnar, Thea Benson, Emma Marie and Grace Ann Wilkinson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Rotary Foundation, St. John's Lutheran Church Foundation, Project Friendship & Healthy Community Initiative - Northfield.
