He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Wiese and Elvira Wiese (Mohn); and his parents-in-law, Eddie, Helen Halverson, Kaye Wiese, Gloria Boyum, Barbara Halverson, Gordon Halverson, Elna Hansen, Sherwin Hansen, Ralph Arneson and Gene Heglund.
He is survived by: his wife Arlys Halverson; his son Jim (Diane) of Northfield; his brother Paul of Gladstone, MO; his daughter Karla Miller of Northfield; his grandsons, Ben Miller (Emily) of Lakeville, MN, Jacob Miller (Andie Hilgers) of Osseo, MN, Nathan Miller of Minneapolis, Jonathan of Northfield and Adam Wiese of Northfield; his great grandchildren, Arlo and Emmett Miller of Lakeville; his parents-in-law, Lyla Arneson, Margaret Heglund, Maxine Halverson and Arvid Boyum; and his niece Renee Fredrickson. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Darrell's life will be a later date due to Covid-19.
