“Sorry to hear of the passing of my childhood friend "Corky" Nystuen. When I had a patient who was a comrade of his relative, "Bugle Boy" Nystuen, in China during WWII where they both were soldiers on an airbase, I contacted another childhood friend, Phil Anderson, who tracked down the whereabouts of Bugle Boy and brought the old veterans together. Corky later contacted me to express his appreciation for making the connection. RIP dear Corky.”
