She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Selmer Hoiland and Martha Hoiland (Ormseth); her sons, John (Laurie) of Northfield, MN and Tom (Dawn) of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Annaka Marie Larson (Andy Tolan) of Minneapolis, MN, Emily Alice Larson (Bill Fischer) of Joplin, MO, Joseph Larson (Annie) of Richmond, VA and Rachel Larson (Alejandro Trujillo) of Mason, OH; her great grandchild James Tolan-Larson; her brother Stephen Hoiland (Sharon) of Apple Valley, MN; her siblings-in-law, Alan Welle of Willmar, MN and Shirley Hagen of Apple Valley, MN; and her siblings, David Hoiland and Laura Welle. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.

Later, Alice provided years of care and support for Roger after he developed Alzheimer's Disease.
