He was predeceased by: his wife Louise; his daughter Gail; and his parents, Robert and Eyne. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth (Joe Jacyna) and Nancy Caulkins (Chris); his granddaughter Bethany Caulkins; and his sister Nancy Mehrman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces & nephews.
