He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Dorothy. He is survived by: his wife Diane; and his children, Debra Rizk (Brett), Bert (Mary) and Casie Buckley (Blake). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; as well as many family and friends.
