She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry. She is survived by: her children, Tim (Angie), Mike (Sandy) and Kim Bean (Bob); her grandchildren, Michael Jr. (Kaydi), Sara Bjerken (Nick), Jason Hopkins and Jesse Eastman; and her great grandchildren, Maddy, Jamie, Amelia and Jaxson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
