He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Leo John Schmieg; his parents, Gary and Joan; his siblings, Lori, Crissy Partridge (Jeff) and Tony Sievers; his nephews, Tyler, Jakob and Gavin; and also Ashley Schwintek. He was also cherished by uncles and aunts.
