It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Teresa Mendizabal Garcia (North Saint Paul, Minnesota), who passed away on October 23, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Josefina Roa Robert of Mendizabal; her husband Tony; her children, Joe (Sylvia) and Elda Bloemendal (Brian); and her grandchildren, Alex and Maria.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Transfiguration Catholic Church.
