He is survived by: his children, Steve (Gayle), Greg and LeeAnn (John); his grandchildren, Nicole (Daryl), Joshua (Melissa), Brittany, Maia and Malia; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Cameron, Christian, Dylan, Dominic and Logan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
