He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick and Mabel; and his siblings, Lawrence, Barbara, Leona, Lillian, Sylvester, Jerome, Marie and Kenny.

He is survived by: his wife Janet (March); his children, Gary (Karrie), Julie Bustos (Dan) and Tony (Mel); his grandchildren, Nick, Matthew, Louie, Desi, Cece, Ethan and Walter; and his siblings, George, Bernard and Joanne Gitchel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
