Kerry Dale is survived by: children, Kayla (Zach) and Aaron Andreasen (Stephanie); mother Gloria; stepmother Judy; siblings, Kimberly Olsen (Geoff), Tami Proctor (Tim), Tony Schwartz and Teri Score; and close friend Julie Morgan. Kerry Dale is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
