She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Krummel and Margaret Krummel; her son David; her parents-in-law, Erhardt Berwald and Dora; and her siblings-in-law, Glen Berwald, Norman VanBlaricom and Carol Andrus.

She is survived by: her husband Eugene; her children, William Berwald (Cathy), Deborah Reiter (Don) and Barbara Berwald; her daughter-in-law Lynne Berwald; and her siblings, Jeanette Krummel, Diane Hanson (Lloyd) and Bruce Krummel. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Christ Ev. Lutheran Church in North St. Paul.
