Francis was predeceased by: parents, John and Helyn. Francis is survived by: wife Rosemary; children, Shannon Lawson (Miles), Molly Guevara (Luis) and Sean (Amanda); grandchildren, Layla of Ryan, Morgan, Cecelia and Emilio; and siblings, Bill (Kitty), Dan (Eileen), Jack (Zona), Nora Ivory and Margaret Barrett (Joe).
In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Parkinson's Foundation. "Life is Good".
