It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles S. Ruppert (North Saint Paul, Minnesota), who passed away on June 25, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Scott (Kris), Michelle Witthoeft, Jenifer Wohlberg (Dan) and Lisa Rae Caturia; and his siblings, Cory Monsour (David), Barb Myers (Ashley) and Dan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Disabled American Veterans.
