He is survived by: his wife Stacy; his children, Jessica Forsberg, William and Erik; his mother Patricia; his stepmother Mary; and his siblings, Jeff Burke (Deb) and Jill Burke (Jack). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; & many other family & friends.
