She is survived by: her brother Joseph Engler (Nancy); her children, Ann Ledman, Carol McDonough (Tom), Donald (Nancy) and John (Naomi); and her grandchildren, Laura Holmen (Aaron), Daniel Ledman (Candice), Megan Johnson (Rod), Brion McDonough (Reshma), Melissa Becker (Andy), Megan Banick-Oliveros (Hamilton), Steven (Amanda), Matthew (Gao Vang), Peter (Nicole) and Elizabeth (Jesse Hinrichs). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
