He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Katz and Ann Katz; his son David Michael; and his sister Beverly Katz Broh. He is survived by: his former wife Lori; his wife Loretta; his brother Norman Fassler-Katz; his children, Sheryl Katz Denker (Bruce) and Ronald Evan Katz; his stepchildren, Annette M. Wallen (Thomas), Jean E. Schow (Shawn), Sandra L. Vance (Kevin) and Maria K. Love (Bill); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Morgan, Steven, Brian, Kevin, Jennifer, Adam, Meghan and Rachel. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
