He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard John Booth and Patricia Joyce Wyman; his wife Sally Andresen; his children, Mike and Diana; his son-in-law Jim Barr; his grandchildren, Greta and Cameron; and his siblings, Debby, Doug and Jan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society, Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, or Hennepin Theatre Trust.
