She is survived by: her husband Dale Haefner; her children, Meredith O'Leary, Aaron O'Leary and Colin O'Leary; her granddaughter Regan O'Leary; her stepdaughters, Amelia Jirak (Brian) and Mariah Johnson Haefner; her grandchildren, Aria, Everly Jirak and Roman Jirak; her pet Reilly; and her siblings, Shar Driggers (Denny), Sandy Berkowitz and Duane Kohls. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
