She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Ralph J. Polzin; her parents, Martin Holtebeck and Selma Holtebeck (Thorson); and her sister-in-law Joan Holtebeck. She is survived by: her children, Joel Polzin (Lisa Stein) of Nicollet, Dale Polzin (Debbie) of Nicollet, Rachel Krohn (Warren) of Nicollet and Paul Polzin (Kelly) of Courtland; her grandchildren, Bryant Polzin (Abigail) of Sioux Falls, SD, Beth Filzen (Brandon) of New Ulm, Benjamin Polzin (Jessie) of Hugo, Cole Polzin of Minneapolis, Zachary Polzin of Minneapolis, Brent Krohn, Kelsey Horn (Justin) of Courtland, Bryce Krohn of Nicollet and Andrew Renner (Amanda) of Courtland; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Rory, Jacob Polzin, Liza, Larken, Lottie Filzen, Siri, Mara, Ilia, Owen Polzin, Karis, Logan, Lincoln, Claire Horn, Vivien and Evren Renner; and her brothers, Dave Holtebeck (Rita) of Reno, NV, Don Holtebeck (Linda) of Waupaca, WI and Charlie Holtebeck (Chris) of Ladysmith, WI. She is also survived by 7 nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (604 Main St, Nicollet, MN 56074). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to Trinity Lutheran Church or MVL Building on the Rock.
