He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton Herzberg and Jean Herzberg; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Hebeisen. He is survived by: his wife Delores Staloch; and his children, Tom, Allie, Gabrielle, Kat, Sam, Susan, Dave, Michelle, Ava and Isaak.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials are preferred to any public education charity of your choice or any animal humane society.
