He is survived by: his wife Amanda Olivia Tjernagel; his children, Daniel Madson (Lisa), Michael Madson, Elisabeth Nitardy (David) and Peter Madson; his son-in-law Glenn Lussky (Carolyn); and his brother Andrew. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.
