He was predeceased by: his parents, Gussie Herold and Hazel Herold (Johnson); and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Miller; his children, Patty Flemming (Alan), Todd Herold (Roxanne), Jennifer Clark (Tim), Jon Miller (Melanie) and Paul Miller; his grandchildren, Micaylia, Michael Kraywinkel, Hannah Herold, Landen, Langsten Flemming, Karrissa Shaver, Walker, Andrew and Faith Miller; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Callie, Carter, Jeremiah and Haizley; and his brother-in-law Danny Smith (Judy).
