He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Anderson and Ida Anderson (Lundgren); his son Curtis L. Anderson; his sister Neva; and his brother-in-law Vern Paulson.
He is survived by: his former wife Darlene Linn; his children, Charlie Anderson (Kathy) of Spirit Lake, IA, Cindi Baker (Pete) of Mankato, Carmen Rist (Albert) of North Mankato and Christin Anderson of Dewey, AZ; his grandchildren, Cory Anderson (Michelle), Cari Krenik (Pat), Patrick Baker (Claire), Chandra Petersen (Brock), Troy Stransky, Chad Stransky (Lauren) and Roxanne Rist; and his stepgrandchildren, Karl Buggert (Nikki) and Kayla Siewert (C. J.). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; seven step great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Memorials may be given to Grace Lutheran Church or Mayo Clinic Hospice – Mankato.
